Can I add items or change my order once it has been placed? Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to add items or change your order. If you want to add items to an existing order, you will need to place another order as soon as possible, then contact us with both order numbers, and we will try to have them packed together. If we can do this we can refund you the additional delivery charge. If you would like to change your order then please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this. If your order has already been dispatched, you can exchange the order under the exchange policy.

How long does it take to deliver? All standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Please refer to the table below to see estimated delivery dates.
