Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, stating your name and order number, and send items back within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the product cost, minus any shipping fees, once we receive the products and quality check them. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source and will be processed no later than two (2) weeks of the receipt of the items. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and responsible for the item during return transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition (damaged or used), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. How long does it take to deliver? All standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Please refer to the table below to see estimated delivery dates. Which postal service do you use to send items? We use Royal Mail to send our items. If you would like an upgrade to your shipping service, please select the relevant option at checkout.
Tracking Information We use the Royal Mail postal service to send our packages. We use standard post – this does not come with tracking services. If you would like your item to be tracked, please select the tracking option at checkout. If the tracking option has been selected at checkout, the tracking details will be added to your postage confirmation.
