The book was beautiful, even better than I expected, I needed it very quickly and the lady that was dealing with me (Emma) was so helpful I ended up receiving it the very next day all personalised.. Thank you so much. Its very hard to find a adoptive book like this, they usually relate to newborn and for the 1st year.. This one is for a adopted toddler, ( my daughter and husbands child was a week from their 1st birthday when they got him), so they needed their book to incorporate milestones past their 1st year which this one dose. Anyone buying this wont be disappointed with either the item or the personal service that this lady gives.
